Thermal SPA

Luso is a spa and holiday resort located in the heart of Portugal. The technology, associated with the physiological action of the thermal water, as well as the specialized treatments, always under the supervision of competent doctors and health technicians, guarantee the buyer a superior quality in the provision of all services associated with the spa complex. The thermal water of Luso springs in the central part of the spa, located in the heart of the town, with a flow rate of over 12,000 litres/hour and with a temperature of 27 degrees centigrade.

It is used by the medical clinic of the spas, either in diuresis cures, stimulating kidney function and enhancing a purifying and detoxifying action, or in the treatment of chronic disorders of the reno-urinary system (renal lithiasis and renal failure). It is also used in metabolic-endocrine diseases - arterial hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and gout; chronic respiratory disorders-bronchitis and asthma; rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases and dermal pathology. Rehabilitation of the locomotor system, corrective physiotherapy and fitness recovery are other high quality and efficient services offered by an excellent physiotherapy block.
