Data Protection
The personal data collected in the form for submitting this request are exclusively necessary for carrying out the Christmas draw by the Municipality. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the above section (“Additional Information”) provides information on the processing of personal data made available by the Municipality.
The applicant (personal data holder) is guaranteed the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, to be informed in case of breach of data security and limitation and opposition to the processing of the personal data collected. The applicant (holder of personal data) is also entitled to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority (National Commission for Data Protection).
